The above list is meant to give you an idea of the types of challenges that we can address. Normal, everyday life is for the most part fast-paced and can often become overwhelming. Working together we can find ways to ease the impact these situations have on your life. Therapy provides the tools and teaches techniques to ease the burdens placed on individuals, couples, students, parents, children, and teenagers. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and enhancing your life.

And in terms of fees, my standard asking fee is $125 per 55 minute hour, and I do have a sliding scale for income sensitive situations.

Cash, Check, Credit Card and PayPal payments welcome.  I take Medi-Cal, and don’t forget, many other insurance plans cover psychotherapy. I can file insurance claims for you, so please bring in your insurance card. In the case of insurance (besides for Medi-Cal), I ask for payment upfront, and insurance reimbursement will come to you.
